We had a wonderful day trip to Pearl Harbor.  Charles Hinman gave us a magnificent tour of Bowfin.  The Bowfin Submarine Museum and Park

is a must visit, if you're on Oahu.  Col. Chris Grazzini (Izzy Lunken, MoMM1) is now stationed at Hickam AFB and joined us for a time.  The four of us shared a nice lunch with some very interesting conversation.  The visit with Chris was much too short, as he had a briefing in the morning (didn't the Air Force realize that he had important people to meet?) and we had a reserved time to see the USS Arizona Memorial... another must site to see.  We had the opportunity to check out the lost WWII submarine markers (with sailor's names) in the Bowfin Park, browse the museum, and meet again with Charles to wrap up our visit.  I hope you enjoy the photos.  For more, see link to my photo site above.
